Unlock Your UNIQUE Superpower in Only 20 Minutes!

Discover your unique superpower in as little as 20 minutes. All through the power of thoughtful reflection, powered by AI.

My Wish for Humanity

If I could grant only one thing to everyone on earth, it would be self awareness.

It’s the #1 superpower that exists.

When you truly understand BOTH how the main works and how YOU are wired, everything you do in life becomes 10 times easier.

Think about it like this:

Knowing yourself & your mind is like sailing with the wind behind VS. having strong headwinds. In both cases you’ll get there (eventually) but one of them makes the journey MUCH easier!

It’s working with yourself rather than against yourself.

But…. there’s a huge issue.

How do you actually discover your true self?

It’s strange, isn’t it…?

We all have access to the most powerful supercomputer in the world, our minds. However, despite it being so powerful, nobody has ever given us a user manual. No guidance, no tutorial.

It’s kinda like having a powerful computer and only using MS paint.

Joking aside though, there’s a simple solution:

Firstly, ditch your phone.

One of the main problems is that we have too many distractions all day, every day. We are flooded with information. We never take the time to sit and think. We escape into our phones, computers and TV screens.

Here’s my challenge to you:

Try to have 30 minutes a day without distractions.

You could go for a walk WITHOUT bringing your phone, having music on or anything else to distract yourself with. Yes, that includes your knitting. The key is to be alone with nothing but your thoughts.

Silence the distractions and you can finally hear your own mind speak!

Ps. The shower can actually be a great place for this kind of introspection as well.

Turbocharge Self Discovery With AI

Now here’s where it gets really fun.

There’s this tiny piece of tech you might have heard about, called artificial intelligence. when you use it the right way it is a fountain of pure knowledge. It knows a lot about pretty much everything, including psychology.

Here’s one use case:

Have it uncover insights about you that even YOU didn't know yet!

I’ve written a prompt below that you can use for this.

The main idea is simple:

You’re telling ChatGPT (or AI of your choice) to ask you a series of questions. Tell it your goal is to discover things about yourself that you didn’t know before. Have it ask those questions one by one, without telling you why it asks these questions.

Ask for questions that cover deep psychological insights. Ask for questions that help you discover limiting beliefs. Find your unique strengths, weaknesses and so on.

Once you’re done, ask it how to use these insights for a specific goal of yours.

The AI Prompt for Deep Self Discovery:

I want you to guide me through a deep self-discovery exercise. Ask me seven questions in total. Ask them one at a time. Wait for my full answer before asking the next question. Do not explain why you are asking the question until the very end.

Choose each question yourself. Make them increasingly revealing and psychologically precise. Your goal is to surface my strengths, weaknesses, hidden behavioral patterns, unconscious motivations, and little known psychological traits that affect how I act, react, and make decisions. The questions should be designed to create at least one powerful “Oh wait… that explains a lot” moment from me.

After all seven questions are answered, analyze my answers. Reveal the deeper patterns you detected, including any traits I may not have been aware of. Prioritize insights that explain why I have always done certain things a certain way, and give interpretations that help me understand myself more clearly.

Make sure the analysis is direct, specific, and individualized to what I said. Avoid vague generalities.

Begin with the first question.

It has been a while since my last newsletter. I’ve been spending some time on other projects.

However, expect more of these and soon!

Ps. What do you think of my epic drawings? Let me know your rating on a scale of kindergartener to Picasso. ;)
