How to Guarantee Failure in 3 Simple Steps

If you do the same things everyone else does, you're going to get similar results. Discover the counter-intuitive process for rapid goal achievement!

Ever wish you could restart life at a younger age (with your current knowledge)?

I know I do, here’s why:

When I was younger, I fell into the common pitfall that keeps most people from success. Back then, I followed the same 3-step process that most people use. And I got the same results as the majority:

Failure, frustration and misery…

In fact, I wasted 3 years of my life this way.

Today, I want to share the exact formula that guarantees you’ll never achieve anything. But more importantly: I’m going to give you the lesson that I had to learn the hard way. This will be the secret that will save you years of your life in trial and error!

Aight, time to learn from my silly mistakes in life!

How to Guarantee Failure (3 Simple Steps)

Here’s the simple process most people use to get nowhere in life:

  1. Ready: Weeks, months or YEARS of dreaming. Of trying to “get disciplined”, become “confident” enough to do it. Consuming endless hours of content to feel ready.

The worst part? Doing these things feel like progress. But in reality, it’s avoidance for doing the impactful things that terrify us.

  2. Aim: After the “readying” phase, people often tend to make elaborate plans. Similar to phase 1, planning is safe! You’re doing something, but you’re not yet putting yourself out there (and risk rejection, failure, and so on).

And so, people spend weeks or months dreaming big and making their 1852-step plans of action.

  3. Fire: This is the stage where people will finally take action! (BIG WIN!! YAYYYY!!)

The problem here lies in the anatomy of success. The truth is that success consists for at least 90% of… failure. Things go wrong. You’ll fail. Don’t get beyond step 2. Feel frustrated. Repeat steps 1 and 2 (for weeks or months) and then fail again….

No bueno…..

I spent years of my life thinking that I was doing well, because I was consuming a lot of informational content. Finally, I set some huge goals. I had a rough idea of a plan. But… things never worked out for me.

Until, I discovered the secret to make everything work.

Turning Things on Their Head! (3 Steps for Success)

Wanna hear something ironic?

The 3-steps I mentioned above are fantastic for goal achievement! The problem is that most people have the order flipped upside-down…

Instead, here’s how to create success with this:

  • Fire

  • Aim

  • Ready

Let me elaborate:

Truth Bomb: You will NEVER feel fully ready before you begin working on any new goal, ever!

After all:

You face the fear of the unknown. You don’t have the right skills yet. You have no way of knowing your plan will work. And an ever-looming fear of failure as well as criticism for that failure.

You’ll feel ready AFTER taking action, not before!

That’s why it comes last.

In this 3-step process we START by taking action.

Don’t overthink, but go for the obvious things.

I.E. If you want to get in shape, change something in your diet and exercise (more). If you want to start a business, launch the website and post on social media. If you want a better social life, talk to people and join a club around your interest.

Is that the best plan?

Probably not, but it gets you started. Simplicity helps overcome procrastination. That’s one of the biggest secrets to life that I ever learned.

The Key to Success: Aim

Here’s what WILL happen when you start by taking action:

You’re going to fail. Some things don’t work out. You might get rejected. You might get laughed at. You’ll find a dozen of things that you suck at right now. You’ll feel frustration, overwhelm and perhaps the urge to give up…

That’s where the magic happens!

Failure does not mean that YOU yourself are a failure!

It means your approach wasn’t the right approach.

Remember when I said that success is at least 90% failure? The reason for that is that failure is a rich data source! Failure is going to show you exactly what skills you lack. It will show you the flaws in your plans.

Action allows you move in the general direction of your goals.

Failure allows you to learn rapidly & adjust as you go.

The key to achieving success is NOT to avoid failure! Instead, embrace failure! Learn to fail fast and fail forward. Every failure hands you another piece of the puzzle.

Learning from your mistakes is putting together the puzzle!
